Agre with Viv :))
Sweet, my grandmother has lots of these flowers in her garden, growing all around a walnut tree. I remember absolutely loving them since I was a kid, and I still do. However, my grandmother didn't have a name for them that I can remember and I never came across it anywhere else, which means... I only learned their name today, thanks to you. :) So thank you!
Oh, and gorgeous. All of them. You captured their beauty... perfectly.
Stark yet delicate. Actually, reminds me of a Robert Mapplethorpe photo: http://www.mapplethorpe.org/portfolios/flowers/
Hi Mysteritmo,
Uh... "nice"...
And you faved all... means, you really like my post. :) thank you.
Every comment is important to me and your comment, Dania...

:)))
My pleasure and Thank you so much! ♥
You know I have pretty similar remembrances.
And
Nasturtium, the modest and stunning, cheerful and sunny flowers, always had the special place in my heart;
I would stare at them for hours and hours,if I could.
And how they smell ...!
Besides they are edible, rather spicy and really tasty :D
Unfortunately pretty hard to find them lately unless you are a habitue of the better restaurants... or you have a garden...
Hey Taniwha,
Uh ...Robert Mapplethorpe that's a serious compliment, thank you!!
Btw. on this blog you can even find somewhere Robert's self-portrait. :)
