It was a wee bit of a pilgramage for me but I also wanted to see Highgate Cemetary West. It's closed to the public and you can only tour it with a guide. Very impressive though I really wanted to wander around it by myself.

The Douglas Adams' grave was in the East and was rather moving. It was so understated and simple. The pens added just the right element of quirk
