Just pushed through my door by a pikey 14 year old. Two thoughts: first, "Simon and Nick's car washing and grass cutting business" hardly trips off the tongue (though I am impressed that they know how to use an apostrophe); second, I wonder if "Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs" know?

Maybe it's a misued apostrophe and bad punctuation? They could be offering to sell you stolen cars, washing and grass. Which would make the 'cutting business' a tad sinister.
