Including clearing the area and digging the ground, the first one took us several weekends. The second, only one weekend. The third is planned to cover more ground, so unfortunately we won't be beating our record by doing it in a day.

We sowed some onion, leek, spring onion, spinach, rocket, watercress... and soon we plan to plant cauliflower and cabbage :) We also have seedlings of the above to plant out in the near future. Nom!
