It's always the little things that hold me back.
Things like not being able to find the blue-tack;
rushing to get to the door, and not being able to find a shoe;
getting so caught up in my emotions that I can no longer see the wood from the trees.
I can't do everything, that's true, but it's no excuse to stop trying.
Moblog is very slow. Wordpress is amazing.
ahh. the joys of spellcheck. I am thinking of abandoning any pretense to grammar. It ages me.
I used to get 'lose' and 'loose' muddled too. I see the petition for rioters to have their benefits stopped spells 'lose' as 'loose'.
Taniwha> Yes, that made me laugh. If it gets enough signatures to be debated I wonder if they'll stick with the *exact* wording?
I really hope so. I hope it changes the meaning of the petition too - perhaps rioters will let loose their benefits but if it really loves them it will come back.
After the riots a few weeks back someone set up a petition which would further punish those convicted - over 200K people wanted them to 'loose' their benefits. You can see it here: http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/7337%29
