kuih-APAM TEPUNG BERAS. 2cup rice 2 1/2 water 2 cup flour 2 cup rice flour 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 sugar 2tsp yeast fresh grated coconut a) blend 2 cup rice +2 1/2 water b)mix flour,rice flour, brown sugar, sugar & yeast. c) pour a into b, mix well. d) leave for ferment 2- 3 hours. e)pour the fermented liquid into the moulds. F) steam for about 10 -12 minutes. g)serve apam with grated coconut
