Sprocket says:

wowza, what sort of lens are you using to get so close and sharp?

Dania says:

Thanks, Sprocket. I'm using the lens that came with my Canon PowerShot SX100 IS (a canon zoom lens 10xIS 6.0 mm-60.0 mm 1:2.8-4.3). Well, that and lots of patience with bugs. :)

6mm ooh yummy

bugs are a right royal pain in the a$$ to shoot, as soon as they land on a flower they're off again, you've done incredibly well to snap these little blighters

The carpenter bee was particularly difficult. Every time I tried to get closer it was already gone. Grrr! Good thing they're big.
