Yes, Rick. It was sitting outside the window of our "cottage." It had the most unusual coloring I'd ever seen, so I took a bunch of photos and hoped one would turn out OK. Of course, my bird books were at home, so I had to wait until the vacation was over to find the identity of my mystery bird.

Aren't they just the sweetest little faces? Those are baby house martins. One of their parents is in the second shot.
