Just sold the mini to a random guy who'd driven past it for the past year and wondered if it was for sale. He bought it for his Dad to do up, in his retirement, and I sold it to him for far too little. Damn these experienced bargainers! At least it's gone to a good home (assuming it didn't fall apart on the way back there, which is highly possible)

It sounds like a spitfire. Very sad to see it go, but at least I've managed to get rid of it, which is more than I can say for the rest of the cars piled up around here.

Blimey! Well, like you said, gone to a good home and as a bonus I now have more garage space to fill up with old bikes.

Crikey that's loud! So are you really a bit of an Arthur Daley by day and a moblog-master by night? ;-)

Oh good. Last time I checked there were 6 in there, none of them rideable.

Sigh. Hopefully it'll be revived. Or at least make an old tinkerer happy.

K&N; shortstack air filter, splitfire plugs and a custom stainless exhaust*. VROOOM! :)

* but, massively rusted subframe, 3 flat tyres, not much brake fluid and plenty other work needed..

He looked pleased. He'd just finished restoring a mini pickup, and needed something to do.

haha. well, if you keep going, you could start a roadside attraction. something like "hall of unridable bikes" or "the great bike graveyard"

Er, yes. If you count Al's mum's car as living here, which it currently is.
