Stopped Clocks is a public collaborative project which exists to first document all the stopped clocks in the UK, with the aim being to restore those we can to working order.

Tower Clocks, Bristol(info-at-towerclocks-dot-co-dot-uk) says:

This is a mechanical clock dating from the 1930's. As such, it needs regular attention and adjustments. The hands have neon lights and it is a prominent clock. We are working with the managing agents to resolve problems with this clock.
