'From James Churchfield, BBC Radio Cornwall:

"This is the first stopped clock spotted in Cornwall as part of the ClockWork Campaign now running on my breakfast show. The pictures were taken 11.15am in the morning. The building used to be the main offices for the local newspaper. It is now used for both flats and a Weatherspoons pub occupies the ground floor. Revised information suggests it actually hasn't worked properly for at least 5 years. During October we'll be posting more Cornish stopped clocks thanks to BBC Radio Cornwall listeners.

Seems a bit like the pot cnlilag the kettle black! How much has the farce surrounding the Lib Dem attachment to an incinerator cost the council tax payer? It seems that ALL Westminster parties go round chasing each other's tails on this sort of issue and they are all as bad as each other.
