Sometimes when the tide is very low, as it was today, the beach can get a bit muddy. As far as Tim is concerned, though, that's all the better for running in.
I think I'd prefer sand under my feet, but never mind.

Twiglet, there quite a few dogs on the beach today and they all seemed to enjoy running about in the mud.
Spiderbaby, actually it had all dried by the time we got home and he wasn't too bad so I spared him the hosing down. He is a bit less white now though so I think a bath is going to be in order soon. You're right, though, he's not fond of being hosed down!

Surprisingly I wasn't the only crazy person in bare feet. It was so warm today it was good to get toes in water even if it was a bit squidgy.
