I think this was completely genuine, no joke, no bet. It was a middle aged black woman with an enormous happy smile on her face. She was walking along a main road smiling and waving at the rush hour queue of cars. This was in Arundel West Sussex. Anyone who has ever been there will know how rare a sight this is...

OMG, firstly I thought it was a man!, secondly I did wonder too like cariadus, that the hat does look like a KKK hat and how odd that was.

I should have taken a longer shot SLG. The hat was just a rolled up piece of card or paper, not pointy at all.

Of course Jesus loves us. Why wouldn't anybody? We live the best lives we can and we are able to adhere to a moral code without the benefit of a bible or a God.
