Yes the foot is better, still got some bruising and the odd twinge every now and then, but did a good 5k with no problems this morning.

Wendle the frog was tiny, I mean *tiny* like only about 1cm long..
I'm sureit will grow up to be a big froggy one day but I can't remember seeing one that small in the wild.
Any nature experts?
