Photos taken on my HTC Desire and Olympus E-1 mostly taken while walking my 10 year old rescued greyhound, Tim.

I took this shot on the beach Sunday evening. There wasn't much light but it's so rare for Tim to have a full-out sprint these days I had to try to get a shot. I was hoping that the flash would freeze his movement, but he was just moving too fast. At first I rejected it because it wasn't sharp, but on second thoughts the blurriness possibly adds to the sense of speed. Not sure about that...

I think it's fine. It is great when you capture things perfectly frozen, but there's a lovely sense of excitement and joy here.

Twiglet, :)

AF, :) He does leave the ground for about 7 or 8 feet in each stride when he sprints.

Caine, thanks.
