This is my personal blog, not a venue for saleable images. In fact, because it's here that I share things that are important to me with the members of the moblog community, photo quality's not my priority. Events, occasions, achievements, thoughts, trips and experiments - you'll find them all here. Contact me for the development version of my photo portfolio, for a selection of saleable images or visit my dance photography blog or my website for cuttings. And remember that all photos remain my copyright unless I've specifically said otherwise.

"Give, give, give -- what is the point of having experience, knowledge or talent if I don't give it away? Of having stories if I don't tell them to others? Of having wealth if I don't share it? Been counting visitors since some time in August 2008
oh it is the right colour for me to get out
Just not the right quantity!
thank you :)
All my work for the rest of the day is cancelled so I can concentrate on this!
:D
Channeling ... channeling ... please forgive me if you get sent home with a Jane Austen novel - until this paper is finished she sneaks into every thought. :)
I channeled for a bit but it was giving me blisters. Instead I'm opting for the easy route of demanding ;)
keep on with those positive vibes guys, to get out on Wednesday these need to be way down tomorrow
that's a lovely thing to say Purplesock - thank you!
I'd get myself a second hand D80. That's the camera I still use (and will do so till I can afford the next one) and so do lots of mobloggers. That makes everything easier because if you get stuck or are unsure you can ask here!
I know lots of people would shop around for the cheapest, but they don't make D80s any more so you need to make sure that it has been properly serviced. Because of that I'd go to a reputable dealer. I know Jacobs will resell them for between £200-£300 which will give you a bit for extras/lenses etc. In fact I know that Jacobs (see my sidebar) had a second hand one for that kind of money a few months... if you contact them say I sent you :)
I'm thinking, I'm thinking! I'll 2nd that D80 recommend too. A D60 is a fine camera as well.
:)
Ooze needs to scramsay now~
:hugs:
Makes me think I should blog my stuff when It comes up at the end of the month!
hope you're nearly there now! x
Nobobdy use Canon SLRs? *sniff*
hehe, i've never really 'willed' the fluids out of somebody before. I need to add that to the list so I can tick it off.
:)
keep it up guys - it's working - I've had another drain removed - and thank you.
I've actually got a picture that shows the portion that was inside me but thought I'd ask if anyone thinks that would be too much detail before posting it.
The one that has just come out hurt so much that I could barely move my shoulder. Now I can, and now that pain is subsiding I'm beginning to fully appreciate how much the one that is left hurts. So what I'd like you to do for me now please is will the pain of the last drain to decrease...
(and if anyone else here tells me to take deep breaths to control it I'll tar and feather them. You try taking deep breaths to control pain when the pain is coming from that part of your chest that moves most when you do!
(edit) Canon? Who? ;p
Yay....moblog magic works ! OK redirecting the vibes to the pain now...phew its hard work :-))
The portion of what inside you? if you can bear to post it why should we be squeamish?
Nothing Puddlepuff likes better ( she says remembering dismembered rabbit shots)
Glad to hear that there's only one to go - but sorry to hear it's so painful - will work on those vibes. But use the pain relief they offer ...
Hope this fine weather holds for your homecoming. Freedom is just around the corner.
Just caught up and I have starting sending vibes too now - you just feel the difference my thinking makes. It will astonish you.
well, I would be interested in seeing them, but I see medical things all day long and find it fascinating.
I tried meditating to help with pain, but usually I fell asleep, then moved or something, which caused pain, which woke me up.....lather rinse repeat.
*hugs and love*
Sending the vibes too. Good to see you alert and active, Dhamaka! I hope the pain is lessening.
Sorry can't comment on camera.......
Beth?
thanks for the vibes, don't think you've got them quite focussed on the pain yet....
very happy to be in my own place again
(edit) oooh - hello lilitiger! Hope all things are well your end
OH I just meant I knew you were out but I didn't want to say anything in case you wanted to announce it :)
