I tried the dark chocolate version.

It wasn't great. The bacon wasn't made crispy enough prior to coating, and the chocolate wasn't high enough quality either. It wasn't as good as Vosges Mo Bacon Chocolate Bar.

We would make a better version.

The problem as I see it is that bacon, no matter how crispy it is cooked, does not remain in a permanent state of crispiness, so this stuff would need to be cooked fresh. I'd like to try it with plain chocolate with chilli.
