Railways definitely seem to be good places. In a discussion the other day nobody could cite anyone who was ever train sick. Yet cars, coaches, buses and planes and sea travel of course, can cause travel sickness. BS can't go two stops on a bus without wanting to boke yet crossed India on the roof of a train....
