I know that you shouldn't be too upset if the Holga pics turn out blurry BUT I AM! As those are pictures from my first 2 films ever I am sure I'll be able to improve. Hopefully.

I put sticky tape over the Bulb button as it had a mind on it's own. Maybe it'll help.

don't worry, my first two rolls were much worse. tip: cover half the flash with tape or your finger when using the colour flash and careful not to stand too close to the subject, as the flash colour can drown the picture (unless you're going for that effect...)

oh yeah, and don't use the "b" setting ever.

I'll try the colour flash covering method. At the moment I am just trying a lot of things really and see what turns out okay and what doesn't.

As I taped the bulb button to N I won't use it by mistake any more.

Yeyyy!! Welcome to the wonderful world..that top shot is ace!! (and love the 5th one). My first 2 films were also total duds...also n/b setting issues, and moving batteries seems to be my biggest problem (even tho I tape them down). LOVE my holga so much. It's the beginning of passionate love affair with plastic...look forward to seeing more..
