Wow, thanks for the HL.

It makes me chuckle that you guys like it because I was mainly posting it for the amusement of a couple of people.

However, since you do like it, I guess I'll give some background info.

I was at a party the other night with various bits of live entertainment, including Synchronized Swimmers.

Here are some quotes from somewhat tipsy messages I was sending out from the party.

"No fire breathers yet, but saw the least synchronic synchronized swimmers I have ever seen.

"Male swimmer now. Not attractive enough."

"Asynchronous swimmers have changed costumes."

Or, as my husband said during the performance "Don't you think they should have rehearsed before the people arrived?"

I took a bunch of photos, but I felt this one in particular reflected my impression of the show.

I keep coming back to this so it's a favourite.

It may have been totally accidental but the figure in the foreground reminds me of the Art Deco dancer figurines. The solarised colours and gold swimsuits helped.

They hadn't practiced had they? That's quite funny...

Maybe they were going for a fluid water ballet rather than rigid sports synchro?
Then again...
