Today's Learnings

Just a quick rundown:

- The battery on the N78 is the BL-6F. The same as that within the N95 8GB. This is a good thing.

- The N78 goes 'dead' when you lock it. With only a faint light of a 'heartbeat' left behind. This I hated at first but have now grown to love as I understand how much battery this saves.

- The camera on the N78 seems to be excellent at static video. By static I mean video where the camera does not move during recording. See my last post for evidence.

- The camera on the N78 seems to be RUBBISH at moving video. By moving I mean video where the camera has to move during recording. S'funny, this being a MOBILE phone you'd expect this aspect to be covered off ok... Hmmm.. Maybe my standards are too high. Either way, I took a bunch of video with that there device today and all of it is pretty much unusable. This is not good.

- The N78's buttons aren't as bad as they look. No really.
