here's a bunch of things you see pretty much everywhere in crimea which I think go part way towards defining the place, or at least help you understand it a bit more...

cheers for the faving! the trolley buses are knackered old hunks of crap with zero suspension. with the pedal to the metal up the hills they reach a grand total of around 5mph, sometimes less. they're so great.
