All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible. T.E. Lawrence

Toddy says:

I practiced for half an hour last night and only managed to balance for a bit, I looked on the net and it says that it takes about 10hours to learn to ride it.

I'll keep practicing and get some pics as soon as I can get some riding going on……….:-)

10 hours? That's about right, I should think.

You'll probably do it in less, as you're balance+ already from lots of cycling. If you're falling off forwards, you're falling the "right" way and are learning.

That's a Pashley unicycle, is it not? Classic, workhorse unicycle, Pashleys, tough as old boots and twice as reliable - but you want a Sem for the ultimate one-wheel ride.

Yer I'm getting there, I hope to be able to get my balance (weather permitting) in the next few days.

I do want one of those though, if I get good at it I might splashout on a good one........:-)
