In leeds we have a cinema which is based in a shopping mall, I was leaving the cinema last week at about 11pm, and a security guard asked the guy in front of me to take his hood down, the guy said "fuck off mate, what you gonna do? throw me out?..." (he was about 10 meters from the exit and headed towards it)....
