I make things on the web, mobile and in the actual world.

I've done lots of bits and bobs over the years, and right now I'm mostly working on this.

I enjoy speaking about things I like, most recently this. You can email me if you'd like, and I'm on twitter.

Im quite chuffed, but once I had set it up there was a sort of unspoken anticipation of the thing making everything way better than it was before, and maybe, I dont know, it would be able to shoot fireworks out of itself or something. But no, just wifi.

wait until the next time you're trying to bid-snipe an ebay auction, or get tickets online.
that's the sparkly bit... when you're able to bring the computer with you to eat lunch, and don't have to wait for ___ sale to end, or ___ page to load, before walking off.

The block of posh flats across the road from me has wifi - possibly provided by the building, we're not quite sure. Anyhow, it's entirely unsecured, and I discovered in December that the signal drifts over to a small patch of my living room.

£30, and one wifi base station later, and I've got a repeater that bounces the signal through the rest of my flat.
