One of Lancaster's best bits, hidden away in the town centre: the Music Room.

The ground floor was a wedding dress shop for ages, but the out-of-the-wayness seems to have run that business into the ground. The first floor is the music room bit, with some lovely plasterwork depicting the Muses.

Ah, happy memories of taking tea with the Bradwells in the late 1780's...
