These are random moments in the life of an indecent designer and the city she loves.

I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.

And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.

The laces are kinda hard to make out from that angle...

They are? I clearly see skulls and crossbones on my left sneaker, near the toes.

Aint nothing like a pair of Chucks to brighten my day.

I totally agree. They had about five or six diffrent pair in that one store alone I'd have been happy to walk out with.

Is that seriously how much they cost over there? Over here, they're nearly about £30, which is nearly $60 at the moment.

Yeesh. Seems a little unfair, considering all the British have done for basketball.

Uh, scratch that...

Yeah. On the Converse website, the ones I bought were $40. But at O.M.G. on Broadway and Bond Street I got the lime ones for $38, and spent the other $2- on the skull and crossbones laces.

Some of the other ones cost more, though. The leather ones, ultrahighs, etc. But the standard canvas are $40- from the Converse site.

Dammit... They only ship to the US.

To hell with this tiny, wet, cold country. I want cheap consumer goods and decent sized food portions. Although your crazy people do tend to be a little more... crazy.

Women in Converse make perfect sense. My girlfriend insists on wearing Buffallos, and they take up so much space! She does have some cool Happy Tree Friends laces, though.
