Our forgotten heritage

Is it just me, but I always have an amazing desire to go inside derelict buildings and have a look around. To soak up the atmosphere of events past.

nononono - I get that too. Especially things of this kind of age. I always wonder if there will be artifacts inside, like old government warning leaflets, copies of the Radio Times, empty ciggie packs and so on... Nice photo, by the way.

There's a house in the village that hasn't been changed since the 1950s when its owners died. The son comes to look it over now and again, but apart from that it hasn't been touched. I'd love to get inside there... with a camera.
