Yeah, he doesn't usually go outside. He doesn't need a harness though - he never ventures far enough away to worry us (he's too precious about his feet getting dirty). He's got the collar on but not a lead in that picture.
Once the blanket's down he's not going to step off it for anything!

Unlike Oscar who's confined to barracks after snapping a ligament. Of course Oscar thinks this is his cue to turn into a feline Harry Houdini...
(Must just be a bit of extra collar draping on his shoulder that I mistook for a harness.)
