OJ says:

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha....

You mean the film Best in Show Alfie? Absolute classic and could easily be re-enacted by mat, Rich, Elvis and a bunch of chickens.

mat says:

Not music by Eddie Van Halen then?

shame. it's been on in my head all day.. :)

7th May 2008, 14:45

Euphro says:

That too, but the childhood conditioning from repeated exposure to Harvey Smith, and his ilk, is just too strong :D

hildegard says:

I've had the Van Halen ear worm ever sice I saw this, thank you very blimmin much. Not even playing the whole YouTube clip exorcised the wretched thing. Gah. You'm a bad 80s man. Just stay away from Def Leppard & Pat Benatar, I'm begging you...

molly says:

Heeee! Mat bought Lemmy and me agility classes for our birthday. Fame and fortune truly beckon.

ps May I make it clear that it will be me teaching Lemmy to be agile, not the other way round.

8th May 2008, 13:55

silar31 says:

molly, good luck and have a lot of fun with it! If you go competitive with him, remember he's young and will make mistakes. There will be lots of good-natured laughter when he does, but everyone there has probably had their dogs make the same mistakes and it's sympathy laughter as much as amusement. And that it's always fun for Lemmy - 3 seconds after the mistake he's forgotten about it and moved on. ;)

8th May 2008, 14:09

molly says:

Wise words, indeed, silar. I don't know if we'll really go competetive - it all depends on how Lemmy likes it and how good he is at it - and how good I am! First and foremost, it's for fun and frolics - as everything in life should be. Also, Lemmy and I don't spend nearly as much time together as he adn Mat do, because I'm out at work all day. I'm hoping the classes will be good chance for a bit more bonding.

wormwood pearl says:

Poor fluffy Lemmy must be very hot in this weather. Make sure you get sunscreen on his susceptible bits! Sunburnt dog can't be fun.

8th May 2008, 19:17

hildegard says:

Does this mean it's you first through the tunnel, then Molly? Hope Mat's standing by to record all the early training...
