You can't take a photo of this, it's already gone.

This week I have been mostly... sleepy

I have been mostly playing with my new Canon 5D Mk II

I'm currently reading... White Gold Wielder, Stephen Donaldson

I am mostly listening to... Muse

I am currently... Writing a paper

When I should be... Working harder

I am most looking forward to... The Muse concert on Thursday :)

This weekend I am... probably cooking an Easter dinner for everyone.

The website for my lab

This was taken the day after the last set of photos. We don't often get fog like this, but it was cool to watch from my office!

Wow! Great shots! It does look like a bomb has gone off in the first one!

Thanks for the highlight!

Jane; I know! It was one of the things that sealed it for me to work here. These were taken out of the window I face every day!

JetBlack; I can thoroughly recommend it. It's by far the nicest city I've ever lived in.

Dhamaka; You're always welcome. Any word on the Vancouver articles we were chatting about in Leytonstone?

How wonderful- looks like Vancouver is floating like a city above a city.

I have to agree Vancouver is a beautiful city to live in- visited about 15 years ago and loved it.

Spectacular series and use of zoom feature.

Cheers guys.

Jesson; I'd imagine it's changed a lot in 15 years. From what I can tell, ~25 years ago it was barely a city and surrounded by rainforests. It's exploded in size in the 3 years I've lived here.

Rare - thank you :)
it's not unusual to get a response 3-4 months after I've pitched an article (and I only did that in mid January), so it's still early days.....
