Hello and welcome to my moblog. Here are lots of random images from my life at home on the Isle of Lewis and out and about.

The photos are mostly taken with my iPhone 3GS, but I'll also be posting some from my Nikon D80.

You can see more of my photography at my website 58 North Photography.

On the drive home from work

It was some drive home from work tonight, dipping in and out of the fog as I went up and down the humps of the road. Turned the corner to be greeted with this sight and obviously couldn't resist jumping out of the car. I thankfully had my DLSR and a tripod in the car with me. This is taken half way between work and home. I love my commute.

Thanks. I always try and have one camera and a tripod in the car. Tonight it paid off :)

Stunning. Honestly, I'd never get a thing done if I lived on Lewis. It's unbelievably photogenic.

Hence why I always have a camera and tripod in the car! It's a beautiful place, but can be hard work when it rains and blows a gale for days on end.
