I had a meeting for most of Saturday. For most of the day, sat at the round table half listening to what seemed to be a long complaining conversation about overwork and students who 'don't get it' while gazing out at the gorgeous sun outside. I had a little time afterwards to jump on my bike and take photographs of the setting sun

The colours in the top one are brilliant. Not much sun and blue skies going on in my part of the country just now, so enjoying these!

Thanks everyone. Getting a bit of sun after so many grey days does make a huge difference. Spent most of Sunday out cycling with my son too.

Princess - where in the UK are you?

Beautiful shots. The sun makes all the difference, doesn't it? I'm partial to the 2nd shot, love the light on the stone.

I wish I had a view like that to look out on when I have been in meetings where they have been complaining about students and overwork ..... love both those pics .... difficult to choose a favourite ....
