It's trying to snow. It's a start.

I am wondering about that girl in the high heels. a stealth shot so out of focus. but is she ever going to be in trouble later on.

That's pretty much what it looks like here too. I just shovelled the steps and cleaned off the car because when it all freezes solid again, it will be impossible. But since I promised myself a snow day, I'm not leaving the house. Except maybe to take photographs. Cabin fever already setting in?

Ace series, 3,4 and 5 my favourites, and yes, I am also a little concerned about the lass in the heels ..... but hey, who but the terminally optimistic or downright foolhardy go out in heels in that sort of weather? (just put your high heels in a bag and wear your boots to work) ...

I have been caught a few times in hailstorms whilst cycling and it is really painful - probably dangerous too as your mind is thinking up bigger and better swearwords rather than focussing on the road ahead.

it is sort of snowing.

going down to bloor to photograph the snow bikers. para, today's blowing ice pellets were sharp and painful. I cannot imagine being on a bike.

Ice pellets. Rain drops frozen on the way down?

Like the fozen Autumn leaves in water. Not sure what it is but I do like them.

J. you do live in another world. I forget.

imagine little pieces of ice, being blown in your face. ice pellets.

the leaves are frozen in a puddle where they fell. On top are newly fallen leaves and a few token ice pellets.

I couldn't survive Broome heat, I can't imagine getting anything done.

"Pieces of ice being blown in your face". Your right, we do live worlds apart.

We had our first bit of rain for the season yesterday afternoon. There was not much water on the roads, as the rain droplets turned into steam pretty much straight away.

Really evocative shots. I'm immensely amused at the contrast between your world and Jigalong's!
