This is my personal blog, not a venue for saleable images. In fact, because it's here that I share things that are important to me with the members of the moblog community, photo quality's not my priority. Events, occasions, achievements, thoughts, trips and experiments - you'll find them all here. Contact me for the development version of my photo portfolio, for a selection of saleable images or visit my dance photography blog or my website for cuttings. And remember that all photos remain my copyright unless I've specifically said otherwise.

"Give, give, give -- what is the point of having experience, knowledge or talent if I don't give it away? Of having stories if I don't tell them to others? Of having wealth if I don't share it? I don't intend to be cremated with any of it! It is in giving that I connect with others, with the world and with the divine."

"The grand show is enternal. It is always sunrise somewhere; the dew is never dried all at once; a shower is forever falling; vapour is ever rising. Eternal sunrise, eternal dawn and gloaming, on sea and continents and islands, each in its turn, as the round earth rolls."

Been counting visitors since some time in August 2008
you're a spy!
Can't wait 'till we get there too.
Two weeks tomorrow, must get some more memory cards.
love no. 3 the most, that's not to say i dislike the rest
great title, too :)
you have to wonder at the motivation of parents who buy these for tiny children..
:)
Ah now, I bought a puppet in Prague ... but not a nightmare on strings. A noble roman soldier.
I like surreptitous photos most of all.
Oh wow those puppets are to die for! I love the 2nd shot down so post cardish...
Good deal, thanks for sharing Ms D.
that's how it felt
Nice, but edgier than other places I've been - even than some in Latin America
I took them because I thought they were scary (they're marionettes btw) and because a moblogger not too far from me at the time said he once bought one for his daughter...
Love that second shot ..... is that carpe in the top shot ....*resists urge to poke him in the ribs and run* ..... do like the puppets, I bought a couple the last time I was in Prague .... last pic just sums it up for me .....
Carpe - and how big is it?
Thank you Maggie - Carpe is the one on the right (next to Kristiyan) in #2 of the earlier series 'birds of a feather?'
The puppets are seriously fantastic, but my eye was drawn to the size of that guard's cannon.
only you, Sprocket
Carpe - all I get there is Photobucket's front page
ahhh... that's better
Oh, apparently I'm not supposed to say "that's better"
so...... "that's better"
oooh - and now he's threatening me.....
