This is my personal blog, not a venue for saleable images. In fact, because it's here that I share things that are important to me with the members of the moblog community, photo quality's not my priority. Events, occasions, achievements, thoughts, trips and experiments - you'll find them all here. Contact me for the development version of my photo portfolio, for a selection of saleable images or visit my dance photography blog or my website for cuttings. And remember that all photos remain my copyright unless I've specifically said otherwise.

it's a hard life, but somebody has to do it

Kostika says:

What are those green things in the second picture?

Dhamaka says:

Hotdog it was
Kos - they are pistachio chocolate. That floor also had mint marsmallows, a lovely green spicy drink and gorgeous green (pistacho) nougat. On another floor was a cocktail "The Grace" made with excellent champagne and a gentle hint of rose petals.

swipe me an eclair :-)

10th Oct 2007, 05:59

Dhamaka says:

I had one each of the green sweets and an eclair. The chocolate *really* tasted of pistachios and the marshmallows heavenly (and incredibly light).

However I concentrated on the canapes - to such an extent that I was too busy swiping them as they came past to take photos. There was vegetable sushi, exquisitely soft and tender roast beef on top of light and fluffy finger-sized yorkshire puddings, rich thumbnails of sausage and mash, miniature mushrooms in cream sauce on light crispy pastry, light smoked salmon nuggets topped with cranberry on light dark rye bread and much more.

It'll take you week of remorse ridden cycling to work that off.
