Thanks for starting this Nige, I was really stuck for something to do in all that spare time I've got these days.
365 days? that's a whole year, right?
OK, let's see how it goes.
For anyone reading this who's not sure what it's about;
Our good (and slightly twisted) friend Nige has thought up another cracker.
Start a new blog and post a self portrait every day for the next 12 months. That's 365 posts, one a day, every day, without fail, of the same subject. Simple? yeah, right.
These other eejits are doin'it too! Join us!

The birds have eaten ALL our grapes!
(we left them on the vine for them actually)
There must've been 15kg of grapes up there, now completely stripped.
If that doesn't help them through the winter I don't know what will.
It's like Heathrow bird-style out there most days.
The Blackbirds and the Doves were the best at chomping them.

We took off about 3kg and I tried to make Grape jam but it didn't set so now we've got loads of jars of lovely dark red sweet grape desert sauce.
Cola's going to incorporate some into a batch of ice cream.

We did Tori, last year, a whole heap of work for just two bottles of red wine vinegar, which still comes in useful in the kitchen but really wasn't worth all the effort making it.
