So wrong on so many levels but we couldn't resist celebrating our seventh anniversary with fish and chips.

Thanks! The chips were lovely.

Carousal: A fit of carousing, a drinking-feast or carouse; revelry in drinking.

Somehow, I don't think that's what they intended.

Arousal cafe? So, what goes on there then?
"Fish and chips" is a euphemism for what, exactly?

No comment Joker. There was just no non-smutty way of posting this was there? And yes, Viv, fish and chips always taste particularly good to me after a mountain.

My anniversary meal of choice would be fish and chips (but they would have to be 'proper fish and chips' in the proper setting) .... wishing you and the lovely V many more happy years :)

OJ says:

Thanks MaggieD. What is "the proper setting"? Sitting on a wall by the sea?

I was hankering after Yorkshire-posh fish and chips ie. Harry Ramsden style, served with proper cutlery, a pot of very brown tea and a plate of bread and butter (both colours).
