Ouch... How did he cut his head open? Hope he feels better.
He fainted (again) on his way to the office in London, he remembers coming over a little queer (!) next thing he remembers he was in an ambulance.
He was meant to be meeting Crickson for a drink tonight, and extreme way to get out of it me thinks!
Hey, that's not so good, what happened at the hospital ...... any diagnosis ?
Blimey, "fainted (again)" that's a worrying adverb. Poor BB! Still, there's that saying; "chicks dig scars", so maybe he's becoming more ruggedly handsome to you? ;)
No diagnosis Maggie, they just stitched him up and let him get on the train home. The dr in A&E; didn't seem at all bothered that this is a repeat performance. He blames it on GNER breakfast!
Mmmm, I might take issue with that ..... fainting and knocking yourself out is reason for concern, espicially if you have no memory of it, and there is a history of it, the obvious is mild epilepsy, especially if there has been a head trauma in the recent past (recent being anything up to 3 years), once alcohol has been ruled out then I really do think that a referal to a neurologist should be in order ....
I agree with Maggie. I've fainted several times in my life, but it's not a regular thing (I also have low blood pressure, so it's been known to happen if my blood pressure jumps suddenly.) But "fainted again" is really worrying. Fainting just doesn't happen over and over without a cause.
Doh - but on the up side do all the scars make him appear more manly??
he had neurological and cardiology tests last year, all was normal (can a man born in Brum have a normal brain i wonder?). It's not that he has fainted often (just twice) but both times he has banged his head and needed stitches, and both times have been on his way to the London office.
Well, maybe he is allergic to London .... glad he has had all the tests and has come out normal :) .....
The poor thing! Some people are satisfied with more piercings or tatoos but not BagieBoy, oh no, more scars please! Hope he's feeling better soon. (and can't wait to see those stitches!)
Ouchh....aieeeee....looks very painful. Head injuries are specially impressive. Bit surprise that they let him go.Poor BB hope he'll get better.
Oh dear
Best wishes to BaggieBoy
Maybe pollution or something he ate but that sounds unlikely. Doctors have been known to be wrong, don't you guys want another opinion?
i do, BB seems unconcerned! I am making him see the GP tomorrow to get the ball rolling
If he's tall, he might tend towards the hypotensive, which just looks like nicely low BP if he's at rest having his pressure taken in a clinic. Wooziness on standing, tendency to go clammy & dizzy if under stress are both useful hints. If there's no underlying pathology, it's not usually a problem & hitting the head is an amnesia-inducing event in any case...
Think you're right though - bears further investigation - after all, the more nasties you rule out, the closer you'll get to his real resting heart rate & BP for diagnostic purposes. ;)
All the best...
Hildegard - BB is a short arse! He is visiting the GP tomorrow
oh no....I have been on hols...poor BB...but he does give good value for blogging...
