I had never seen this before and was very impressed, Brighton beach
has disabled access! There is a small track that allows wheel chairs
to get into the middle of the beach. As a side note, the closest girl
in the right hand corner asked some random man to watch her stuff
whilst she went to the toilet. When she returned they started
chatting and moved closer to each other, they even shared a bottle of
water. Then I had to leave but the romantic in me hopes that they hit
it off.

Yeah I prefer a nice deserted sandy beach, like I used to have back in Devon

there are one or two beaches not far from brighton which have a lot less people on them, where we go sometimes.

Best places we came across for totally desserted beaches were wales and cornwall, largely because its a two mile hike down steep cliffs flanked by fields of cows!

Went on a camping trip to Hassocks and as part of that we did a day trip to Brighton to my most favourite restaurant in the whole wide world Terre a Terre. As a side note Hassocks has become my new favourite expletive:

"Oh Hassocks!"

The last camping trip was to Wales and we stayed a pebbles through away from a deserted private beach... it was wonderful
