Regeneration,regeneration,regeneration. For a while I found myself on an email mailing list of which I didn't know the origin. It kept inviting me to "Regen Week" talks, debates and symposiums. I never went, despite being intrigued about this whole week about rain.

Something like that. There are so many new build flats going up, cheek by jowl with the "undesirable" council blocks. I find it interesting.
