This is Steve Lomas. A man in 60+ million people. The first person in Britain to have received a section of liver from a live donor..His Son. The operation was performed 3 weeks ago at St James University Hospital Leeds "Jimmys" Both patient and donor are both doing well. I was privledged to transport Steve back to Jimmys for a check up, in my capacity as a volunteer ambulance car driver. What a nice guy and very down to earth.
