The 2nd one at the bottom of the steps in front of the Library isn't there until 25th June according to the council's website...

No noises, but chavs and sunburned brits were in abundance, so it was pretty realistic.

Plus they have 'life' guards to keep the riff raff out....not sure if that's a good thing or not!
