smoked blue cheese? I will eat anything with blue cheese, even soup with cauliflower...

Yeah, it was a new thing they were offering down at Fairway market. I decided to try it- I've never met a blue cheese I didn't like. Quite nice, really. The smoky flavor does well to back up the bacon and the roasted cauliflower.
