You can make it with any kind of tea you like, really. :) I posted the recipe to food porn, as usual. realistically? It's powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract and ripping open about four teabags.

Oh I assure you, these are ultra lemon. Also, not incredibly sweet. The icing makes up for the relative lack of sugar in the cake.

I think that's best with lemon. Too sugary just doesn't work with lemon for me, it detracts from the lemon flavour too much.

Then I suggest you give these a shot. They're *very* dense, not very sweet, and very lemony. even plain, I heard they were good (I didn't have any until after they were frosted.)
