Don't try and swallow those without a drink. They'll get stuck and then start to dissolve before reaching your gut, quickly making you want to puke. I'm talking from experience.

The sun made it a really easy shot and I hardly did anything in photoshop to make the Steph's hand appear to float!
This was taken on Friday and she's feeling much better now!
