I have been reading WAY too many food blogs lately- but to be honest I just adapted one and made my own. :)
They look GOOD...pity those cheapo flights to NY don't kick in for another couple of months!
(By the way, don't you love having a zester? You wonder how you ever lived without one...)
There is no such thing as too many food blogs. Have you seen slashfood.com? It is my food blog of choice these days.
They're very tasty. I just had two more. (nummy. num. num.) I made these with regular sugar though I'm sure they could be made with a substitute instead, were you diabetic/counting carbohydrates.
Sure you still have the flour, but it effectively cuts the carb count in half. Limes are very low on the glycemic index.
