JXL - Yes, a lot of babies are born with blue or grey eyes who eventually totally change in color in the first few months. By age one or so, you can pretty much count on the eye color being set, but the depth and brightness of it can still change through your life for a variety of reasons.

When our daughter was born she had amazing violet eyes. I still think she has beautiful eyes, but it is just nothing on her baby eyes.

I think KFZ has great eyes too, but I never saw them violet
