I've noticed mushroom ketchup in various supermarkets for a while now, I keep meaning to try it but despite my uber love of mushrooms I'm still a bit skeptical =/
A new veggie gravy recipe; always happy to see one of those.
Truffle oil an interesting addition if you ever fancy mucking about with your mash - smells of wet dog, tastes fantastic.
Helen is sooo right (as usual) but we didn't have any at the time. I would have used Marigold swiss vege stock too.
Truffel oil = Wet dog .. that sounds interesting
