a crusty one, with bits in. eat my dough hook, painful kneading!

since The Machine arrived, I've made two cakes, bread, muffins and beefburgers in it. the machine is good. more power in the kitchen.

this one was a bit of a let down, as it goes. tastes good, but it's much denser than it should be - I found out a bit too late that the yeast was nearly two years out of date..
